Organic White Tea is a lightly fermented tea primarily produced in China, with Hubei offering suitable growing conditions for high-quality organic tea gardens. It is named for the fine silvery-white hairs covering the unopened young buds, giving the dry tea a clean and pale appearance.
This product is made from tender buds and young leaves of Camellia sinensis. The leaves are naturally withered under sunlight and lightly processed to reduce oxidation while preserving the tea’s natural character.
White tea shares many of the natural compounds found in other teas, including tea polyphenols and amino acids, and is valued for its naturally rich antioxidant profile. In recent years, it has become increasingly popular for its gentle taste, clean cup profile and nutritional value.
The brewed liquor is not pure white or colorless, but a clear pale yellow. It offers a fresh, mellow and delicate taste suitable for daily drinking, organic tea sourcing and private label tea programs.
